We saw a friend of Stephanie's in Winston Salem and stopped and had lunch in Old Salem. It's run by a group of Moravians. It was all very interesting.
I love and miss the porches and rocking chairs.
Cute Moravian couple we saw. They were shooting a commercial in Old Salem while we were there so we got to see quite a few people in costume.
After Winston-Salem we drove to Durham and walked around Duke University. Beautiful campus! Made me want to go back to school.
We also saw the beautiful gardens that are adjacent to the University. They had some of the coolest climbing trees.

I loved visiting Duke! We got to see most of the campus, which was huge and usually takes a few days to see. We got lost and took a wrong turn and ended up seeing more than we had planned, but it was all worth it.
